2 - 6 oz fillets of fresh Atlantic salmon
2 - 8 oz fillets of fresh Ahi tuna
sesame oil
pinch of thyme, rosemary, basil, onion/chives, garlic/chives, parsley, tarragon, dried garlic powder
Remove all bones from salmon. Due to cooking time, salmon should be thinner than tuna.
Season fillets with assorted spices. Coat with sesame oil for nutty flavour and to avoid sticking.
Put salmon on grill and cover - it should be served medium. Put tuna on later - it should be served medium rare.
