Recipe for Grilled Mackerel

6-8 fillets (1/2-1 lb.)
Butter
Oregano leaves
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
Fish seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Melt 4 ounces of butter in a pan or microwave dish. Add oregano, salt, pepper, seasoning, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Marinate fish for 1 hour. Heat barbecue grill, hot!! Place fillets on grill for 1 to 3 minutes per side or until meat is flaky, continuous basting with marinate is recommended.
