Serves 6
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
6 (2/3 pound each) catfish fillets
Combine all ingredients except catfish, stirring well. Set lemon juice mixture aside. Rinse catfish fillets in cold water; pat dry and place in a well-greased grilling basket. Grill over medium coals 12 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste catfish frequently with lemon juice mixture.
