Recipe for Grilled Shrimp with Hoochi Coo Sauce

(serves 6)

12 whole jumbo shrimps
3 cups barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. sesame oil
½ cup fresh coriander chopped
2 tbsp. sweet Thai basil chopped
Mix contents in bowl. Cut shrimp down centre and remove sand vein. Leave head on.

Coat shrimp with Hoochi Coo sauce and place on grill for 2 minutes.
