Recipe for Grilled Snook Fillets


When cooking Snook, the main thing to remember is less seasoning you use the better. This fish absorbs anything you put on it. I have fried it, but putting it on the grill with a touch of garlic, butter, and brown sugar goes a long way. Anyway you decide to fix this fish, you will find it flaky, moist and good. Use your imagination.


Ingredients
1/8 teaspoon of brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon of butter
1/8 teaspoon of garlic
2 Snook filets


Instructions
Melt your butter.
Add your garlic and brown sugar.
Stir until well mixed.
Brush lightly onto fillets and grill.
Add cole slaw or tossed salad, fresh green beans and hush puppies.
