Ingredients:
1-1/3 lb swordfish, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 Tbsp Golden Dipt Lemon Herb marinade or Wegmans Lemon Garlic
2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
8 large white button mushrooms
Directions:
Spoon marinade over fish cubes; marinate in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Skewer fish with mushrooms and zucchini. Grill or broil kabobs 4-5 min on each side until fish is cooked throughout.
