Recipe for Hickory Heat Grilled Tuna

4 Tuna Steaks (approx. 4-6 oz.)
1/2 cup Whoopin Ass Hickory Heat Sauce
4 large Kaiser rolls
lettuces to garnish


Place tuna steaks in shallow dish. Pour Whoopin' Ass Hickory Heat Sauce over steaks and refigerate 15 minutes. Grill or broil tuna steaks 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Place steaks on Kaiser rolls. Garnish sandwiches with lettuce.
