Recipe for Orange Fish

This would work for salmon just as well as it does for the 2 - 4 pound rainbow trout.

Filet/debone a large trout/salmon. Place on tinfoil skin side down. Season fish with salt and pepper. Then, cover fish with thin slices of orange; seal tinfoil, and place on the BBQ skin side down and on medium heat if you can control it. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes (or longer if you have a larger fish). Serve.

It's simple...tasts great and not many dishes to clean up - my 3 girls like that!
