With Tortellini Alfredo
4 Grouper filet pieces, 2 oz. each
4 slices Prosciutto ham
3 oz. tortellini, precooked al dente
2 oz. whipping cream
1 oz. grated Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to garnish
Preheat gas grill. Season grouper, wrap with ham and secure with toothpick. Place on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes. In a saute pan, add cream, bring to boil and reduce to half. Add tortellini and top with cheese. Reduce until cream thickens slightly. Place on plate and arrange grouper on top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
