Recipe for Shark Barbeque


Ingredients
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of catsup
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons of chilli powder
1/4 cup of cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of dry mustard
1/3 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 small onion chopped
2 pounds of white fish flesh shark or otherwise
1 teaspoon of Worstershire sauce


Instructions
How to Cook:
COMBINE ALL SAUCE INGREDIENTS in a pot, place over medium heat and boil until reduced to a thin syrup.
Pour the syrup through a strainer, discard the cooked ingredients in the strainer and chill the syrup.
Place fish steaks or fillets in a baking dish and spoon some syrup over.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cook the fish on a hot grill, basting with a teaspoon of barbecue syrup on each side.
If you do not like spicy food do not use this recipe.
