This lake is a wonderful lake to get away from crowds. It has an abundance of fat brook trout that can be easily be caught on a spinner. You can count on them for dinner or pleasure. The scenory is amazing and there is plenty of firewood available. Campsites are plentiful and the occasional black bear or wolverine may want to join you. To access this lake you can start in the West Fork Rock Creek and go across the Red Lodge Creek Platuea or from the East Rosebud Creek. I would recommend starting in the West Fork Rock Creek.

Darn good cutthroats in here. Easily catchable, especially at the end of the lake where the streams from hellroaring flow into it.
