Lake Braddock is a privately owned lake of Lake Braddock Community Association (LBCA). LBCA maintains and stocks the lake. Fishing is permitted for residents and their guests only (resident must accompany guests). Valid Virginia fishing licenses are required for residents and their guests 16 years and older. Lake Braddock is "catch and release" only.

I find it amusing that the two comments on it being a public fishery have horrible smelling and grammatical errors...I would think if you work with the VDGIF you would know how to spell "fence", "only" "sign" and "thank".....There are signs however that does state it is for residents and accompanied guest. Stocking and lake upkeep is paid for by the residents and not VDGIF. I am not a resident but have fished it as a guest and all I can say is that there are public places that you can fish and keep, the biggest problem with smaller lakes like this is poachers taking everything they catch legal or not and leaving trash behind....So if you're not a resident or guest do not disgrace us with your presence..comprende?

if it is a privet lake y doe's get taxs any one can fish when thay want to the onley rule is having respect for the fish and leting them go back in to the water. do not ceep them people dont want other people to fish out this lake like berk lake thats all so plees relees the fish when u get them

the lake of Lake Braddock is consider a public lake due to it not being in closed by a fens of any kind and no sing of one person owner ship thak you for taking the time to read.
