Put my small Jon Boat in and realized that there are only a few places where the aquatic grass isn't growing almost to the surface of the lake - it's literally choked with grass! Must be some lunkers hiding in there, tried pitching a jig, throwing topwater, live shiners, and plastic worms, not a bite! Had to raise the trolling motor to right below the surface to even move the boat in the vegetation. I did manage to see what is probably the biggest Alligator Snapping Turtle I've ever seen - had moss growing all over his back. Always an adventure!

This is a public lake, costs $2 in an honor box, not much of a boat launch, really just a place where you can back a small trailer in, no concrete ramp.
