i did not fish here, but not far from here in pensacola beach, florida. in the surf, many small whiting (kingfish) can be caught on squid or shrimp. at night, you might get a hardhead catfish. once in a while, you will hook a pinfish, pompano or ladyfish. fly fishing is excellent for ladyfish. the pier is said to be good for king mackerel, tarpon and flounder. in coastal bays, pinfish, hardhead & gafftopsail catfish, atlantic croakers, spotted & sand seatrout, ladyfish, sheepshead and mullet are good choices. use squid and shrimp. best time of year is summer
