clear water, tough to get good size, fished tournament this past weekend and caught 5 fish with weight of 7 pounds. 9 lbs won tourney. mostly spots and some good largemouth

fished tournament this weekend 11.13 pounds when water is cooler fish on white rocks off bridges when it gets dark because the rock stay warm after it gets dark and the water cools down.also fish rock walls that the main river chanel hits becaise the shad run in that current and they will get hung up on those walls
