I saw a rainbow as it followed my hook when I reeled in and I caught a pike just over 12" with one of those rubbery wiggly worm lures. Obviously I'm new at this but the kids thought it was great. Not much room to park and most of the land surrounding the lake is privately owned but I grew up across the highway and didn't even know there were any fish in this dern lake! -Was just a short 'after work' trip, nothing special.
