After twenty some years of family trips and great fishing, the lake has become a great disappointment. pg&e have no records of planting the last four years and fish and game will not until pg&e pays them to. My recommendation to all that have enjoyed this lake in the past is to call PG&E and let them know how you fell.

Mid to late 1980s I fished here with my family about every October. Fairly large (20 inches) rainbow trout were caught using cured salmon eggs. The bait was allowed to sit on the bottom.
