Another used to be good fishing lake overrun by excessive use and destruction by four wheelers who lack any respect for the area. Don't expect any peace and quiet.

It takes a decently equiped 4x4 33" tires or bigger to get to campbell. The fishing was fantastic for my friend with a float tube. I on the other hand niglected to bring mine and fished from the bank and caught "nada". My friend caught multiple rainbows and a couple browns. Trolling flies in a float tube just on the edge of the underwater vegitation seems to be the most effective. Followed closely by the good old night crawler. Don't bother with spinners or powerbait will not work. I have thrown everything but the kitchen sink at these guys and the only ones that work "and work well" are flies and worms.
