Can be very good to very slow depending on conditions. Extreme weather changes possible. Dress warm and in layers. Indicator nymphing with floating lines can be very productive around weed beds. Trolling leeches and buggers SLOWLY produces well. Very shallow launch. No gasoline engines. Cannot be fished very effectively from the shore. Tube, pontoon, pram etc. best bet. Ices over in winter.
