Took the kids fishing with powerbait for recently stocked rainbows. Caught a nice 10" rainbow and a smaller one too. I was watching some smallmouth bass near shore and decided to throw out a Mepps spinner, after about twenty casts bringing the spinner right by the face of the big SMB he finally took it and I handed the rod to my son so he could land it. Very nice fish for this tiny reservoir, about a foot long, we let him go and kept the trout to eat that night, can't complain when you drive a mile to go fishing :)
