in july i cant tell you when. you have to hike to the 2nd to the top lake the top lake is still frozen in july and you can catch the fish with your hands the water is boiling and the creek is fullll of fish i stayed the night and camped by the lake brrrrrr! and take a tent i didnt uhh ohh
