Dayton Pond is a 6.6acre lake which means as you can propbably tell its not that deep. The pond was actually formed from damming the a river so it averages 5ft in depth. The fishing is great. Though i have never caught a largemouth bass which i have been attempting and i have seen them there, the trout fishing is great. it is stocked prior to opening day and they put in some big trout. I even caught a trout in february and im guesing that the trout from a previous stock because they havent stocked yet. You gotta fish here its great.
