I was about 14 when i started to fish with my friends at Spaulding pond. I remeber it was a really hot 90 degree day during the summer of 2007. I told him that sense its so hot the bass muct be out and sure enough they were. i caught a small blue gill and decided to thro it out to see if i could get a big bass and a few minutes later here i am trying to real in the biggest bass i have ever seen in my life. it took me about ten minutes to land it but i manges to get it. it was about 25 inches long and it felt like he was about 6-7 pounds. So i recommend going during the hot days when the big ones swimm along side of the pond.
