You must be an owner or renter to fish there. The best largemouth bass action is on a Jitterbug along the shoreline in the evening or at night, or a gold- or silver-blade spinnerbait during the day. I've seen people catch bass with artificial worms along the shore, but they don't work too well for me. I've caught bass up to 4 lbs. there.
