Saltwater lake is filled with small snapper, tarpon, rays, barracuda's, and weird bottom dwellers filled with spines. Is this lake safe to eat from? So far I catch and release because it doesn't say anywhere that it is mercury or ciguatera safe.

I've lived on Maule lake for 2 years now and had good fishing experiences. Every year this lake becomes Tarpon central. Good size Cudas, Amberjack and pompano also run through this area. The fishing is better if you have a boat.
