GREAT lake to fish on. I just cut the chain to the ramp so I can use the lake. My tax dollars, my lake.

i live on this lake, and its a great large mouth lake during the spring and summer months. its also great for cats and tilapia year round. right now its a bit weedy and hard to fish but it has its days where the fish dont stop coming. the one problem with this lake is the people who live on it my neighbors are really stuck up people who dont like to fish and dont appreciate the sport. they hate seeing fisherman. they just try to live in their own little bubble where they wont share mother nature. but you know what screw them! if you want on this beautiful lake just contact me ill get you on the water for free and in no time at all. 407 272 7663. i doubt my neighbors will like me doing this but they can kiss my redneck butt.

i think the lake is polluted and full of weeds and heavy algae growth

I grew up swimming, boating and fishing on this lake as a child when it was known as a public lake. As I grew up, it had a public boat ramp at the end of Cambridge Blvd. Shortly after a man drove his car into the lake at that ramp and lost his life, the county closed access to the lake from there. I am writing this because I have a young daughter that I would like to take for a boat ride around the lake just to show her what I enjoyed as a child. My 76 year old mother still lives a stones throw from the lake so I might even be able to persuade her to go out for a little ride. I am asking for permission to use a boat ramp for my 17' pleasure boat for a few hours on what now is known as a private lake. If you would be so kind as to respond to this message, I would be grateful. Thank you and I am looking forward to hearing from you
