This can be a tough lake to fish. There are no combustion engines allowed so use your trolling motor or paddles. There are plenty of pads so a topwater frog works well. Once the topwater bites off(sometimes lasts all day)throw a senko, I prefer PB&J Zero Stick Worm, wacky rigged around the bridge (deeper water)or texas rigged around grass and pads. When using it texas rigged, after letting it fall a few times, swim it in to provoke a strike. If you have a fish finder, use it to find the fish deep, drop shot or senko with a weight pegged a bit up the line. Good luck!

(cont.) Lake holds big fish! I've caught 9 pounders out and on average catch 3 pounders. I've never had luck on crank baits but have caught plenty on shiners.
