Good catfishing most of the year. Trout are plentiful and a few too many blugills for my taste. Usually very quiet or small fishing groups. A good place to relax, fish and enjoy.

Good fishing once the weather warms up. The state put 700 tiger muskie to clean out the carp and they are killing off the other fish. I have never caught a tiger muskie out of here but I have seen them pulled out. We catch stringers full of catfish in the summer. Great eating size about 15 inches on average. The biggest cat we have pulled out was 28 inches and 6 pounds. A ton of trout and bluegill can be found toward the dam. The cats are in various places ( my secret). There are some bass, perch, and bluegill. If in a boat, fishing for trout or bass, try trolling the banks with a perch rapala.
