I am sorry about comment below, fishing here for 20 years I have never caught any of the fish listed below, in fact we have no rainbow trout or pike in this area of Maine. This is a deep cold pond of salmon and brooke trout only. It is protected and stocked. There is a boat landing, but primative

My family has at the junction of Upper and Lower Middle Branch which we go to every summer, usually for a week. The fishing is great, especially at dusk. We usually catch anywhere from 30-50 fish each. Pike, rainbow trout, perch, and even a few pickerel. There's a cove on the east side of the pond where we catch the biggest fish. After it rains (or even IN the rain), the fish are biting HARD. The most caught fish is SUNFISH. Insane amount of sunfish here.
