Spent a whole day and could not figure this lake out. Spent 8 hours and was skunked. Might be worth another visit on a cloudy day.

Have caught large and small mouth bass, rainbow and brown trout, yellow perch, pickeral, bluegill, bullhead, and salmon. Use topwater lures, spinner baits, and rubber worms for bass. Artificial scented baits, such as power bait, for trout and salmon. Night crawlers are guarenteed to bring you in some large bluegills and yellow perch, but will also bring in bass if your lucky. I grew up on this lake and while some days the fishing is poor, most days its hard to beat. Low boat traffic and the surrounding mountains block some of the wind making the water very calm and underwater visibility is great. Abundant wild life especially on upper goose pond where I've even seen a bald eagle. I've never been in the winter, but I hear the ice fishing is good as well.
