There are monster northern pike in this river. I caught a 35 incher the first time I fished here. There are also huge bass. I noticed them jumping out of the water for minnows. I was using mepps and they seemed to work fantastic. there is also cat fish, perch, blue gill, crapy, and pickeral too. If you go the right night, you wont be disapointed!
