There are weeds a few feet down so use weedless lures. I heard about catfish here so I'll have to check that out. Go early in the morning, otherwise there are too many motorboats.

Pulled two huge large mouth bass along with a couple pickerels, a perch and a black crapie. Good variety of fish here over the years. Steep permit price to use boat ramp for non-residents. $65 this year, down from $75. Jellyfish? In this Lake. No!
