A large amount of fishing pressure does not dull this pond. The pond if HEAVILY weeded, and full of decent sized large mouth bass, with many in the 3-4 pound range and I have caught a few in the 7-8lb range with one through the ice of just over 8. For summer fishing if you can find the seeps you can find hold over rainbow trout, and the bass. The pond is not very deep at all, with the seeps I have found being shollower than the 30 ft maximum depths. For Ice fishing try the first choke point you find off of 122 200yrds of boat launch. Hug the left shore and drill until you find the drop off from 5 to 15 ft. The fish will be all over this drop off with many bass on the left shore and a ton of crappie on the right. Most of the trout I have caught through the ice here have been on the flats above the drop off but which jigging for bass i have caught pleanty in 15 with the bass. This is a 2 to 3 dozen shiner a day fishing spot on a good day and 12 to 15 flags on a bad day. I like fishing here in the summer as well but prefer it for ice fishing as the pressure and boat traffic can be a real pain in the summer.
