Lake was extremely high when we fished it. Fish we caught were at least 75 yards off shore in 10-14 feet of water. Rattling crankbaits, broken back crankbaits and soft jerkbaits were key. I was surprised at how hard the bass hit on this lake given the poor water clarity and low water temp. Dewey is a smaller lake with a sunken island which produced the largest bass of the day. This lake has great potential once the water table regulates itself. In the meantime I look forward to fishing it again under more favorable circustances.
