To fish on the lake you need a permit which is obtained by owning ground in the association. The fishing itself is great though, there are not many people on the lake during prime house.

My family stayed on a cabin on this lake last summer and we were able to catch some very nice bass. My brother caught a five pounder right off the dock one night. We also caught a couple decent sized pike as well.
