I've fished this lake several times. Pretty good bluegill and crappie fishing. Best fished with a boat. A lot of traffic in the summer.

Fished by the boat launch. Plently of room by launch. I was hitting bluegill and even a few trout right off the shore. Not bad.

Nice little lake, with no wake zone great for fishing. Quiet lake, and there also is a nice little party store right by the entrance of the lake.

I live right down the road from this lake and fish from shore quite often during the summer. If you want to catch pike, big bass, and walleye, the best time is an hour before dawn to an half and hour after. I use stick baits for bass, chub minnows or bluegills on a bobber for walley and pike. The evening also a very good time for catching huge bass. I caught a 5, 7 and a 9 pounder one evening with 3 nightcrawlers on a hook and just let is sit there. For panfish the best time is an hour before dusk to an hour after dusk. My Dad, brother and I caught the limit on bluegill everytime we went. The gills wont hit anything below a foot beneathe the water. You will know what I am talking about if you go there. Just hundreds of bluegill hitting the surface constantly. We just get one of those really long poles and tie an icefishing jig on it with a waxworm so it looks like a bug and they hit it within 30 seconds every time. Many anglers have caught 30 lb channel cats at night at this lake but all we have caught are HUGE bull heads. I have seen a dead channel cat that had to be at least 10lbs on shore one day so they are in there but good luck finding their holes off shore. the best spots for panfish, and predator fish is whereever they are jumping. I hope this helps you and good luck fishing
