turkey fork is a nice place to go fishing but here lately seems to be over fished i don't no if its from heavy rains an to much fresh water or just the way me an my buddy's are holding our mouth but the bite just isn't there like it use to be for the bass.I mean i enjoy fishing at turkey fork just as much as the next man cause its near to home but i have went 2 days in a row this week fished hard those 2 days an only caught 3 fish now i mean come on whats the point of continuing to return if your not even going to catch a keeper fish or your limit.But hey everyone's entitled to there own out look of things .

I fished there approx 15 years ago and loved the atmosphere & the fishing. However the gamewarden at the time was not very polite. Being from Alabama the tag law for boat trailer is not inforced so I didn't have a tag. I tried to explain that to the officer and he did allow us to remain without giving me a ticket but he still showed us his back side and that he was in charge
