I thought it was great fishing largemouth bass trout and they wear big. you do need a good 4x4 We have a ford explorer and had no problems.Hey it is a mountain lake after all. If it was easy to get to it would be a pay site and thank god it's not because I loved the seclusion..

This place sucked, spent forever trying to get to it (I'm still trying to get my truck back into shape after trying to navigate around all the potholes and ruts in the road) and once I get there the fish weren't even big enough to feed my dog.

Worst fishing ever. I got stuck in the mud puddle flowing through the road and it took me and my wife hours to dig it out. In fact, I think the MT Fish Wildlife & Parks owes me some money for my troubles. Next time maybe you could warn people of the problems that might occur once one travels in this so called land that you and the US Forest Service claim to take care of. Oh and the fishing was dismal at best. Don't waste your time.
