Mid April 2009, brought 12 men with me and one nice North River fishing boat. Snow 6 inches on ground upon arrival, but clear spots for tents. Set up camp and fished both lake and shoreline. Caught probably 50 to 60 rainbows on crawlers behind flashers. Four were over 5.5 lbs. Average was 2.5 lbs. Cleaned fish and put them in snow. Ate quite a few as hor-odervres. Fish were firm and tasty. Coming back this year with 16 men from Calif and Arizona. Should be late April or early May. I've been fishing Wilson Resevoir and Southfork for 23 years. Last year at Southfork was one of the best trips yet. I'll let you know how we do this year. Roy Hannah
