Great for beginners looking to catch fish easily. Fish are small, and only caught small-mouth bass...but I would almost garauntee catching a small-mouth at the Rt. 101 side during any part of the day. If you are looking for privacy and quiet, Dublin is not typically a friendly lake. Very upper crust, and homeowners will purposely put no parking signs on public shoulders to deter visitors. Local homeowners are very protective and often times will ask you what you are doing and try to get you to move your car away from the only public boat launch.

Went to dublin looking for brookies and Large Mouth... Stumbled on one of the best smallmouth bodies of water I've fished outside of the great lakes... we boated 98 smallmouth in 2 and a half days... 5 of which were well over 4 lbs. I am already planning next years trip with smallies in mind from the start... OutSTANDING fishing.
