This was a great fishing spot and I recommend getting a canoe at least but a motor boat is better. My family rented a summer home there and we quickly found out were to fish for the bass. The best spots are the hidden ones that are around corners they usually have a lot of lilly pads so get a weedless bait( frogs work best) crank baits also work really well along the weeds edge. We catch the biggest fish before dusk at the shore line fishing near the shoreline and early morning fishing using chatter baits near fallen trees or small islands around the lake. You can catch Largemouths, Smallmouths, Crappies, Sunfish, Pickerel, and Walleye.
