me and a buddy went fishing here early in the am left my place around 530am and got there around 6am it was a weekend and needed to get my spot before anyone else did. The back of the lake by the water pump was where we started and had a mixed bag of fish including crappie back in the little cove there to the right. Alot of perch were aslo brought out no min size but just a tad to small to fillet and a bunch of pickeral all around 12 to 13 inches this happened till about 9am then moved to the front of the lake near the cannone club and on the other side of the boat ramp. Fishing mainly from the gazebo pulled out a bunch of fishing including bass, perch and 4 trout using mealworms, SMALL minnows, and powerbait we even pulled a pick out too sunnie fishing was minual but a few were caught by my buddy. There were about 4 boats out by the cone trolling a spinner and every ten to 20 mins a trout was pulled up all boats were done around 1 with there limit on trout. Good Day at the lake oh yea and perch have no min size and are extermly good eatin from hammonton lake. Good Luck and Happy Fishing

I've fished here for pretty much all my life, and it's not the best or worst spot you'll ever fish. The boat ramp is a good area for sunnies and small bass. But if your lucky enough to have a boat there is some special spots out in the lake. I'm not about to give my best locations out, but anything along the wooded side is a nice place for okay sized bass. Also we pulled one of the largest snapper turtles in Hammonton history here, weighed in at 78 pounds.
