this is one of THE best fishing spots for bass in all of south jersey! unfortunately, since it was such a stellar lake to fish at, alot of younger kids began to fish it and were leaving the good spots a mess with lures, hooks and trash...so now anyone who is NOT a lake pine colony member cannot fish here and WILL have police called on them...this is very unfortuante because i have seen and caught some of the biggest bass ever in this lake...a good day ranges from four to twelve bass caught and a weight range of 2lbs to 6lbs (no joke, i have pictures of weighed fish!)...best lures--top water early morning or evening...live minnows (fish have been somewhat spoiled due to over fishing)...this one may boggle ur mind but HOT DOGS sitting on the bottom! its automatic!
