This lake is very shallow (4 feet deep) and consists of a lot of weeds along the shores. Although it is tough to fish the lake with a motor boat, the is huge fish in the lake that can be caught using weedless senkos, frogs, or other top water baits. The fishing is great along the rock canal along the center of the lake... weeds there are not bad. Bass and pickeral are big catches in this lake, and monster carp can be caught near arbolino park in netcong. My personal best is 35 inches. Larges bass is 18 inches, and larges pickeral is 26. There is also perch, rock bass, and of course sunfish. Stop by and fish this lake out with a canoe or rowboat! Its really worth a try.
