I fished here several years ago with my grandfather inlaw and his two brothers. We had a great time during the day by trolling and casting mepps lures and catching Waleye and Pike and during the evening, we set up on a bank on the east side some distance from the falls and caught a good amount of Bullhead. We saw Eagles during the day and even saw black bear on the opposite shoreline. One of the most wonderful things that I experienced with this trip was at night when I heard Mother Nature's version of silence. To hear nothing but nature was awe inspiring.
