there were no lights turned on in all of the parking nor loading area making it nearly impossible to load and unload my pontoon. i've never experienced this problem here before and felt it necessary to report this.

The lake has good sunfish and shellcraker populations but too many people taking the fish home and not putting them back has lead to a lack of big fish compared to other lakes. Can catch a fish on any part of the lake and fishing gets better as you move up the lakes best fishing is up in the rock’s toward oxford dam. Very few people fish there because of the shallow water recommend flat bottom alumina boat can be hard to navigate but worth it. On avg I can catch 28 sunfish and 7 or 8 bass and maybe a stripper up there. I mainly use roster tail white is best color on any part of the lake at any time of the day. Need more control on the catch and release but fun lake to fish on if you are looking to get away. But don’t expect to catch a state record fish.

I did had caut 4 lil minnows and one big ass white shark. haha dat wus jus my ol lady. luv ya babe
