I went on a windy day. Pulled out a beautiful large mouth bass, however it was too small to keep. Rowboats and paddleboats for rent. Only $1 per hour on the rowboats, so its a pretty good deal. Lots of logs and other nice casting places along the bank.

Most years, there are hardly any fish left in the lake by the end of June. This little lake is just horribly overfished. Renting a boat might improve things as this will get you away from the bank, but otherwise you'll be competing with a hundred other anglers.
