There is no lake at this park, as you can see from the topo map. There is a boat ramp to the Willamette river, which is nice and has fishing. There is a slough across the river which is peaceful and has a variety of fish. However the gravel ponds shown across the river are private property, owned by Knife River Corp, and posted no trespassing.
