Spotty bite but productive for rainbow trout. Stocked but my son still caught a nice 12 inch wild rainbow.

My roomate and I were on the dock at about 6 am and started fishing.. 2 people who were there before us told us that they did not get a bite at all in the morning. We stayed until about noon, and not one person on the dock that day got even a bite. The people doign crawdad traps were pulling in full traps off the dock, but the fish were just not there. I think I only saw 2 jump that day.
