Great place to row around in raft while holding a pole with your feet. Nice sized trout are abundant and fun to catch!

Walton Lake is closed to fishing until May 21, 2010. Please be aware that they poisoned the lake in Oct 2009 and it is closed to fishing right now. The campground will not be open for the 2010 season due to remodel.

This lake was poisoned fall 2009. Fishing will be closed til after May 21,2010 and the campground will remain closed through the 2010 season for remodel.

This is a great lake for beginning fisherman and children especially if you have a small boat or raft The fish are especially easy to catch near the growth of reeds and grass across the lake from the spillway Use a fly or any lure with green on it in this area
